About me

My name is Brooke and I love to help people find ways to incorporate more movement into their everyday life! I grew up having a very active lifestyle, playing soccer year around and working with a trainer in the slower season. I fell in love with movement and how it makes me feel and I want others to experience the same thing! Whether it's in a group fitness setting, or you just need to switch up your routine, my goal is to help you find something you can bring into your daily life easily that you ACTUALLY enjoy. Exercise shouldn't be a chore, let me help you make it something you look forward to :)
